I have changed the coil pack and spark plugs, but I am having the same issue. The problem could also be the Mercedes Benz Intelligent Servo Module(ISM) module installed on the transmission side. My 1999 Mercedes C230 Kompressor runs very rough, shakes and has very slow acceleration. Replace the steering column control module refer to WIS: AR54.25-P-2802LW.
